The Atlanta Singles Movie Club is composed of single adults who enjoy seeing and talking about MOVIES. Bookmark this site and check back often to see when our next screenings will be.

All types of publicly available films are considered. You can find everything you need to know about the club at this Web site--we have no answering service or telephone number to call for information.

Here's how the club works: Members suggest movies that they think the group would be interested in. The event is scheduled and our Web site is then updated. Our typical movie event takes place on the fourth Sunday of each month in the afternoon (the lower-priced matinee).

Other events may be posted such as screenings with Emory's Silent-Film Society, Georgia State Cinefest films, the High Museum of Art's Rich Auditorium screenings, summer Film Fest showings at the Fox, summer movies on the lawn at Piedmont Park, and other alternative screenings.

You can join our Yahoo groups list and receive e-mails when events are scheduled (visit the "join us" section of the site for more info).

When we get together for Sunday matinees, the group convenes after the film at a nearby restaurant chosen by the host. It is suggested that moderate-cost restaurants be selected and that separate checks be requested.

At the restaurant we will discuss the movie and take suggestions from future hosts.
