Newsletter dishes up family-oriented veggie recipes

A new print-based newsletter is hoping to turn family meal time into veggie time.The Vegetarian Culinarian, published by Heather Wallace, a Sharpsville, Pa., -based vegetarian writer doesn't debate the merits of a meat versus a nonmeat diet. Instead, the print-based publication focuses on family-oriented recipes designed for taste and easy of preparation.

The newsletter claims to ease searches for obscure ingredients, by basing each recipe on easy-to-find items that are readily available at local grocery stores.
